1. TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to and govern your access to and use of any website, mobile site, social media site, software, applications, email exchange of information, and any other digital platform, including any services, features, pages, and functions contained or offered therein, including any transactions, orders, sales, purchases, or the acquisition of goods or services (collectively the “Service”), that are owned, operated, or provided by OneVillage, PBC or its subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates (“OneVillage”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

OneVillage offers the Service, including all information, tools, services, goods, programs, and products available through the Service, to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated herein or incorporated by reference. By using the Site or OneVillage App, or otherwise engaging our Service, you acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

The Service, our OneVillage App, and our Site are only offered and available to users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. THE SERVICE; NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

OneVillage provides a personalized navigation and coaching platform that supports people through life and health events. The Service may include one-to-one coaching, group support communities, expert seminars, condition-specific navigation, medical and insurance navigation (including help understanding benefits, claims, and pre authorizations), financial planning guidance, sleep and nutrition coaching, and concierge support. The Service is typically made available to members through an employer or other sponsoring organization, and may also be purchased directly.

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. OneVillage coaches, navigators, and concierge staff are not acting as your physicians, nurses, therapists, lawyers, accountants, or financial advisors, and no content or communication made available through the Service is a substitute for professional advice from a qualified provider who is familiar with your individual circumstances. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have read or heard through the Service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

3. OWNERSHIP OF SERVICE

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the

design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by OneVillage, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, OneVillage grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, transmit, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit any of the material on our Service except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the Service according to these Terms. Any use of the Service not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4. RELIANCE ON INFORMATION POSTED

The information presented on or through the Service is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by you or any other visitor to the Service, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.

5. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND SERVICE

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Service thereafter; provided that changes to the Dispute Resolution section will apply as described in that section. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice or liability, and we will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

6. ACCESSING THE SERVICE AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

To access certain features of the Service, you may be asked to provide registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the Service that all the information you provide is correct, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security information, and for restricting access to your account and devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, whether or not authorized by you, and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We have the right to disable any username, password, or other identifier at any time in our sole discretion if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms.

7. EMPLOYER-SPONSORED ACCESS

If your access to the Service is provided through your employer or another sponsoring organization (a “Sponsor”), your eligibility to use the Service may depend on your continued relationship with that Sponsor and the Sponsor’s agreement with OneVillage. Your Sponsor does not receive your individual coaching conversations or personal health information from OneVillage except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law; Sponsors may receive de-identified or aggregated usage reporting. If your Sponsor’s agreement with OneVillage ends, or you cease to be eligible under that agreement, your access to sponsored features may terminate or convert to a direct membership on then-current pricing. These Terms govern your individual use of the Service even where a Sponsor pays for it.

8. PAYMENT TERMS

Any fees that OneVillage may charge you for your use of or access to the Service are due immediately when charged by OneVillage and are non-refundable, regardless of any termination decision, service disruption, or other circumstance, except where a refund is required by applicable law. All fees are displayed in United States Dollars. By confirming a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable taxes and currency conversion fees. OneVillage may determine and change any payment term, rate, mechanism, or structure at any time with notice to you.

We use third-party payment processors, whose services are subject to their own terms. While we use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of payment information, we expressly disclaim any liability for any damage that may result should any third parties gain access to such information. We may request a pre authorization hold on your credit card for online purchases; this amount will not be billed to you, but your card issuer may hold it for a short period, and we are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or card issuer may apply. You agree to provide current, complete, truthful, and accurate billing information and to promptly update it, including card expiration dates. Providing false billing information is a breach of these Terms and may result in cancellation of your account.

California residents: complaints may be filed with the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs at 1625 North Market Boulevard, Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210 or (916) 445-1254, per Cal. Civ. Code § 1789.3.

9. INFORMATION ABOUT YOU AND YOUR VISITS TO THE SITE

All information we collect on or through the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy, and you represent and warrant that you have reviewed our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes important information about your rights under HIPAA.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights with respect to your personal data — including consumer health data — under state privacy laws such as the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and the

Washington My Health My Data Act. Our Privacy Policy describes those rights and how to exercise them.

10. TEXT MESSAGES, EMAIL, AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your mobile number or email address, you consent to receive service related communications from OneVillage, such as session reminders, schedule changes, account notices, and responses to your inquiries. Where required by law, we will obtain your separate consent before sending marketing messages. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of using the Service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message; opting out of marketing does not stop transactional or service messages. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

11. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FEATURES

Some features of the Service use artificial intelligence or machine learning to generate content, summaries, or suggestions (“AI Features”). Output from AI Features is generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and is provided for informational purposes only. AI output is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. A qualified human professional should be consulted before acting on any AI-generated information. We may review AI interactions to improve quality and safety as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. MOBILE APP AND APP STORE TERMS

If you download the OneVillage App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of the App is also subject to the applicable app store’s terms. This agreement is between you and OneVillage only — not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC — and OneVillage, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content, maintenance, support, and any product claims. Apple and Google, and their subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to your use of the App and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13. LINKED SITES

The Service may integrate or link to third-party applications, websites, and services (“Linked Sites”). OneVillage has not reviewed all of the information on the Linked Sites, does not maintain Linked Sites, and cannot control the completeness, accuracy, or security of the content contained on any Linked Site. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by OneVillage of the Linked Site. You access Linked Sites entirely at your own risk, and OneVillage shall not be responsible or liable, directly or

indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any third-party products, services, behavior, features, or content available on or through any Linked Site.

14. PROHIBITED USES

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service: in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US or other countries); for the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way; to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with the Content Standards set out in these Terms; to transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation; to impersonate or attempt to impersonate OneVillage, a OneVillage employee, another user, or any other person or entity; or to engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm OneVillage or users of the Service, or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to: use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose, including scraping, monitoring, or copying any of the material on the Service, or to develop or train any software program, model, or algorithm, including artificial intelligence or machine learning models; introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful; attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service; attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack; or otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Service.

15. USER SUBMISSIONS

The Service may allow you to upload, post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content to OneVillage or to other users (“User Submissions”). All User Submissions must comply with the Content Standards in these Terms. Any User Submission you post will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and may be retained by us indefinitely, even after you terminate your account. By providing any User Submission, you grant OneVillage, its affiliates and service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, create derivative works from, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose, without compensation or notice to you.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to your User Submissions and have the right to grant the license above, and that you, not OneVillage, have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness. We may remove or refuse to post any User

Submission for any or no reason in our sole discretion, may take any action with respect to any User Submission that we deem necessary or appropriate, may disclose your identity or other information about you to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights (except where prohibited by law), and may take appropriate legal action, including referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Service. You waive and hold harmless OneVillage and its affiliates, licensees, and service providers from any claims resulting from any action taken by any of the foregoing parties during, or taken as a consequence of, investigations by such parties or law enforcement authorities. We cannot review all material before it is posted and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material after it has been posted; accordingly, we assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications, or content provided by any user or third party.

16. CONTENT STANDARDS

User Submissions must in their entirety comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, User Submissions must not: contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable; promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person; violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability; be likely to deceive any person; promote any illegal activity, or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act; cause annoyance, inconvenience, or needless anxiety or be likely to upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any other person; impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization; involve commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes, and other sales promotions, barter, or advertising; or give the impression that they emanate from or are endorsed by us or any other person or entity, if this is not the case.

17. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS AND DMCA COPYRIGHT AGENT

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). If you believe that any User Submission or other content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may send a notification of claimed infringement to our designated agent:

Corporation Service Company (CSC), Designated Agent for OneVillage, PBC, c/o OneVillage, PBC, 3206 Rolling Road, Chevy Chase, MD 20815, United States; email: support@onevillage.io.

Your notice must comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Any notice or counter-notice you submit must be truthful and must be submitted under penalty of perjury; a false notice may give rise to personal liability. We may share submitted notices, counter-

notices, and associated contact information with third parties, and you waive any expectation of privacy in such submissions. It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

18. LINKING TO THE SITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA FEATURES

You may link to our homepage, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part without our express written consent. You must not: establish a link from any website that is not owned by you; cause the Site or portions of it to be displayed on, or appear to be displayed by, any other site (for example, framing or deep linking); link to any part of the Site other than the homepage; or otherwise take any action with respect to the materials on the Site that is inconsistent with these Terms. You agree to cooperate with us in causing any unauthorized framing or linking immediately to stop. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission and to disable any social media features at any time without notice in our sole discretion.

19. LATE CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, AND NO-SHOW POLICY

Members must cancel or reschedule booked sessions at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling within 12 hours of the session start time are treated the same as no-shows. Accumulating three instances of late cancellation, late rescheduling, or no-shows may result in restrictions on platform access. If a missed session was due to a genuine emergency or exceptional circumstance, you may appeal by contacting support@onevillage.io; appeals are reviewed case-by-case.

20. TERMINATION AND SURVIVAL

Either you or OneVillage may terminate these Terms at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service, without notice, for actual or suspected unauthorized use, for any violation of these Terms, or for any other conduct that we believe, in our sole discretion, may harm OneVillage or other users. Upon any termination, OneVillage will have no liability or responsibility to you, and OneVillage will not refund any amounts that you have already paid, except where required by law. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, limitations of liability, and the dispute resolution provisions; the perpetual license granted by you in relation to User Submissions is irrevocable and will continue after expiry or termination of these Terms.

21. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, GOODS, AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ONEVILLAGE

DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, AND WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DATA CORRUPTION, DELAY, OR FAILURE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING COMPATIBLE HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, AND INTERNET CONNECTIVITY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ONEVILLAGE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ONEVILLAGE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR $250 USD. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU; IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

The Service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and no one under 18 may use the Service. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us at support@onevillage.io and we will delete it as required by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable state law.

22. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OneVillage and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, suppliers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your activities on the Service, your violation of these Terms, your User Submissions, or the acts or omissions of any other person accessing the Service using your account. If you fail to promptly indemnify OneVillage, OneVillage shall have the right to defend itself, and you shall promptly reimburse OneVillage for all of its associated costs and expenses. OneVillage reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

23. DISPUTE RESOLUTION BY BINDING ARBITRATION

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT. Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court, all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or

the Service shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than a court. YOU AND ONEVILLAGE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. EACH OF US MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE OR JOIN MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S OR PARTY’S CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Informal resolution. Before initiating arbitration, the party asserting a claim must first contact the other and attempt to resolve it informally. You may contact us at support@onevillage.io. If the dispute is not resolved, the party seeking arbitration must send an individualized written Notice of Dispute by certified mail to OneVillage, PBC, 3206 Rolling Road, Chevy Chase, MD 20815, United States (the “Notice Address”), describing the claim and the relief sought. The parties shall then attempt in good faith to resolve the claim, including through at least one individualized telephone or video conference if either party requests one, for sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of the Notice before arbitration may be commenced. Completion of this informal process is a condition precedent to initiating arbitration, and any statute of limitations will be tolled while it is pending.

Arbitration procedure. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms (see www.adr.org). Unless the parties agree otherwise, hearings will take place at a reasonably convenient location for both parties with due consideration of their ability to travel, as determined by the AAA if the parties disagree. For claims of $10,000 or less, the claimant may choose whether the arbitration proceeds on documents only, by telephone, or in person under the AAA Rules. The arbitrator shall issue a reasoned written decision sufficient to explain the essential findings and conclusions on which the award is based. All aspects of the arbitration proceeding, and any ruling, decision, or award by the arbitrator, will be strictly confidential, except as required by law.

Fees. For claims valuing $75,000 or less, OneVillage will pay all AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees (“Arbitration Fees”). For claims exceeding $75,000, OneVillage will pay the claimant’s portion of the Arbitration Fees if the claimant demonstrates economic inability to pay or if the arbitrator determines the fees would be prohibitive.

Mass arbitrations. If twenty-five (25) or more similar demands for arbitration are filed against OneVillage by or with the assistance of the same or coordinated counsel, the demands shall be administered under the AAA’s Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules then in effect, and shall be resolved in staged, batched proceedings: the parties shall each select up to ten (10) demands to proceed first as bellwether arbitrations, with the remaining demands tolled and their filing fees deferred until those proceedings conclude and the parties have participated in a global mediation. A court of competent jurisdiction may enforce this paragraph and, if necessary, enjoin the mass filing or prosecution of demands that do not comply with it.

Your right to opt out. You may reject this arbitration agreement entirely by sending written notice to the Notice Address within thirty (30) calendar days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, address, and intent to opt out of arbitration. Opting

out of arbitration will not affect any other provision of these Terms. In addition, if we modify this Dispute Resolution section in the future, you may reject the modification by sending written notice to the Notice Address within thirty (30) calendar days of the change, in which case the prior version of this section will continue to apply to you.

24. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them, their subject matter, or their formation (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law provision. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Delaware, and you waive any objection to venue or personal jurisdiction in such courts. This choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available under the law of the state where you reside.

25. ASSIGNMENT

OneVillage may freely assign these Terms or delegate its obligations under them, in whole or in part, at any time. You may not assign these Terms or any part of them, nor transfer or sub-license your rights under them, to any third party, and any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.

26. FORCE MAJEURE

OneVillage will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, governmental action, utility or telecommunications failures, or failures of third-party providers.

27. INTERNATIONAL USERS

The Service is controlled and operated from the United States, and we make no representation that the Service or its content is appropriate or available for use outside the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative, are responsible for compliance with local laws, and consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States as described in our Privacy Policy.

28. WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY

No waiver by OneVillage of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of OneVillage to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to

the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect; provided that if the class action waiver in the Dispute Resolution section is found unenforceable, the entirety of that section shall be null and void.

29. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and OneVillage regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.

30. YOUR COMMENTS AND CONCERNS

OneVillage, PBC is headquartered at 3206 Rolling Road, Chevy Chase, MD 20815. All feedback, comments, requests for technical support, and other communications relating to the Service should be directed to support@onevillage.io.
