OneVillage Rolls Out Seven AI Tools Across Its Employer Clients, With a Human Navigator on Every Case
Introduced to clients in third-quarter business reviews in October, the tools are now live. They decode benefits, price health plans, rank doctors, draft appeals and spot members who need help early.
WASHINGTON, D.C., November 2, 2026 — OneVillage, the front door to healthcare for working people and their families, announced today that its full set of AI tools is now live for its employer clients. OneVillage walked each client through the tools during its third-quarter business reviews in October 2026. Every one is now rolled out across the client base.
The tools follow the path an employee takes through the health system, from understanding their benefits to fighting a denied claim. Each one does the reading, sorting and drafting that used to take a navigator hours, so OneVillage’s team can help more members without adding headcount. A person stays in charge at every step.
What is now live
- AI Benefits Engine. Natural language processing turns every plan document an employer loads, from summary plan descriptions to EAP, HSA, FSA and point-solution materials, into one searchable record. Members get coverage answers in seconds, and navigators route them to benefits the employer already pays for.
- Decision Support for choosing a health plan. AI looks at how a family actually uses care and prices every plan option against that real usage. The cheapest premium isn’t always the cheapest year, and a navigator walks each member through the recommendation.
- Provider Intelligence. OneVillage’s engine reconciles more than 10,000 data sources into a 1 to 100 quality score for 98% of U.S. providers. It also reads about 10,000 hospital and payer price files a month to surface the lower-cost site of care before a member books. A person then books the visit, and AI summarizes records so they arrive before the member does.
- Pathway matching. A 30-question check-in and predictive scoring match each member to one of 27 coached, eight-week pathways. The pathways were developed with leading medical, research and aging organizations, including the American Heart Association, Cedars-Sinai, the Cancer Support Community and the AgeTech Collaborative from AARP.
- Early outreach from claims. For self-funded employers that connect their third-party administrator, AI flags new claims for conditions such as diabetes, pregnancy and high blood pressure, so a OneVillage coach can reach out right away.
- Biometric screening to pathway. Through OneVillage’s partnership with Quest Diagnostics, employees can screen onsite, at a Quest center or at home. Results feed each member’s Whole Health Score, and AI routes them to the right pathway, with a coach following up.
- AI-drafted appeals. AI drafts an appeal from the member’s records. A former carrier claims agent reviews, finalizes and files it.
“Employers told us the same thing in every review this fall: their people don’t need another app, they need someone to get the problem solved,” said Ashley Yesayan, Founder and CEO of OneVillage. “These tools give our navigators back the hours they used to spend reading plan documents and price files, so they can spend that time on the phone with the member. The AI does the homework. A person owns the outcome.”
Built for healthcare, with a human in the loop
OneVillage’s AI never makes a clinical decision, and a named navigator owns every case. Member-facing AI is tested every week against a set of 50 questions, and it is allowed to take on new work only after it scores above 90% two weeks in a row.
Results employers already see
OneVillage serves 30 employer clients. On average, 45% of covered employees use OneVillage, compared with about 10% for a typical employee benefit. Clients renew at a rate of 96%, and self- and level-funded employers see an average 3.5x return in their first year from lower insurance claims.
