OneVillage Achieves Outstanding Net Promoter Score of 94, Reflecting Continued User Loyalty and Impact

The result affirms OneVillage’s continued leadership in patient-centered digital health, following previous NPS scores of 95 in 2024 and 92 in 2023.

NPS is a widely recognized benchmark of customer satisfaction and loyalty, calculated by asking users how likely they are to recommend a service to others. Scores above 70 are considered “world-class” across most industries. OneVillage’s score of 94 places it in the highest echelon of performance among healthcare, technology, and employee benefits platforms.

OneVillage’s virtual services span more than 35 specialties, including navigation, mental health, nutrition, financial coaching, and caregiver support.

The strong results come at a time of rapid growth for OneVillage, which recently secured national carrier approvals from Cigna and UnitedHealthcare to cover its services under employer wellness and benefits programs.
