What it is
Depression and anxiety can make you feel powerless, but you can take back control. There are things you can do to address and manage depression and anxiety. Our health educators will discuss strategies and show you how to develop goals that can help you make changes within your circle of control. Please note that this is not live group therapy, but a pre-recorded session that will give you a more general understanding of coping mechanisms and strategies.
